NursING AssistanT Training Program
Our training programs are designed to instill crucial work ethics, habits, and values, enabling you to excel in your professional endeavors. We passionately believe in education as a dynamic and engaging journey. Through a variety of strategies, we ensure optimal learning experiences that take into consideration cultural and individual differences.
Nurse Assistance Training Program (NATP)
80hrs Classroom (21 Days, 9am - 1pm Mon-Thur)
40hrs Clinical (5 Days, 7am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri)

TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Our Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP) is carefully crafted to provide you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the nursing assistant role. The training consists of 120 hours, with 80 classroom hours and 40 clinical hours of hands-on practice in a nursing facility.
Upon completing the program, you will be well-prepared to take the state certification exam and start your career. As a valuable healthcare team member, you will provide exceptional patient care in nursing homes, assisted living, and home healthcare settings.

Meet Your Instructors
Annette Dolan
Annette Dolan, a quick-paced native New Yorker, brings over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). With a background in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Rehab, Annette transitioned to become a CNA Instructor for American Ambulance. She spent 7 years at Norwich Free Academy before joining Assured Quality Homecare, where she has been instructing PCA training for almost 5 years. Annette takes pride in developing a Dementia Training Program for caregivers and has played a key role in creating a new CNA Training Program in Rhode Island.
Lisa Martinez, a seasoned nurse with over a decade of experience in various healthcare settings, is truly passionate about making a positive impact on the lives she encounters. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys quality time with her children, hiking, relishing moments at the beach, and actively participating in volunteer work. An interesting tidbit about Lisa is her bidialectal ability; having been born and raised in the UK, she seamlessly transitions between her American and British accents since moving to the United States in 2005.
